BIM System
The building information model – BIM is a
modern system for creating and managing projects based on the model. The BIM
model is a structured database of information about the individual elements of
the modeled object and it is used by everyone who enters the process of
preparation, creation, implementation of the project and subsequent use of the
building. Above all, it enables the coordination and optimization of individual
building parts and energy sources and brings the economic effect of using the
investment and subsequently operating costs of the building. It greatly
facilitates an information exchange in the processing of project documentation,
construction and use of the building.
With the use of the cloud service, it is an
invaluable tool for communication, cooperation and presentation of projects both
between individual professions and between the designer, customer and
construction supplier.
