The cleanrooms are a specific and very interesting area in which we still find new possibilities in their design and solving the demanding requirements of our customers.

These are the rooms in which the concentration of particles contained in the air is controlled and at the same time other relevant parameters such as temperature, humidity and pressure are also controlled. The cleanroom is designed and used to minimize the entry, generation and settling of particles within the cleanroom. The pollution source of a cleanroom by particles can be, in particular, the structural elements used to build a cleanroom, air, people, machinery and equipment, technological process, transport and material handling.

Therefore, the design and implementation of cleanrooms requires a comprehensive and experienced approach, which includes in particular a design of the correct layout and air-conditioning equipment, material flow and personnel movement. Very important is the installation of cleanrooms with the use of suitable structural elements, as well as air conditioning, cooling, heating, piping for process media, high-current and low-current distribution, measurement and control systems, as well as the connection of a wide range of media and devices that ensure a functional production cleanroom.

An important part of the proper functioning of cleanrooms is responsible behavior of personnel, validated technological processes, and transport and handling of materials. For these factors, operating regulations must be elaborated and staff trained for working in cleanrooms.

Our company has the longest tradition in the design and implementation of cleanrooms in the Czech Republic. We designed the first cleanrooms still as a design center of the company Tesla Rožnov, already in 1968.
