Designing the SMT production department project documentation and providing stable temperature, humidity and purity parameters inbasic and detailed design including design engineering.

Implementation of an installation on an area of 2,400 m² and auxiliary steel constructions with a sprawl of 21 meters in full operation, including the construction of a new HVAC and cooling machine.
